Splet17. dec. 2013 · Shoretel on hold music quality I'm trying to setup up on hold music for our Shoretel system. I'm able to setup the on hold music but the quality is very poor when calling from a cell phone. It works fine when calling from one of our Shoretel phones. I have tried playing the music via a uploaded file, ITunes, and other players.
