This will help keep your right side connected and the hip rotation will pull your hands through impact. I picked this up from a Sergio Garcia tip I read and it's worked well for me. WebbThis hip turn is something that you don't think about often (and shouldn't think about often). I don't think about my grip and other aspects of the swing that are now muscle memory. I look forward to gettting my hip turn into the 'automatic' category soon. Your comment about not starting the hips until you have finished your takeback is helpful.
