I can specify any clocks from the supported table (albeit very low values), but the videocard always goes into P0 state and works to its full potential. WebI can confirm this hotfix has fixed the GPU stuck in P0 state issue that was introduced in 526.47 and was happening right after login in my case. GPU was stuck at 40W idle power draw at 0% GPU usage. With the hotfix it's just using 12-15W. RTX2080 Super Max-Q, Razer Blade 2024. Thanks.
